Davido: Nigerians Lambaste Mercy Eke As She Begs Fans To Surprise Her

Nigerians on social media have blasted Big Brother Naija Season 4 winner, Mercy Eke, after she begged fans for money.

This is coming hours after Nigerian singer, Davido, took to his social media account to ask his friends to send him money as he turned 29 today.

 In the video which Davido made, he announced that he has helped a lot of people and asked his friends to send him a million naira each for his birthday. 

 Barely 6 hours after the announcement, Davido received a whopping N134million in donations and still counting as friends and fans have donated from denominations as low as N5000 up to N5M. 

 

 However, attempting to follow the trend, Mercy took to her official Twitter handle to post her account details, asking her fans to surprise her. She tweeted; 

 “Nmmmmm, should I post my account details? I have been thinking about it.😪” 

 “My people una no go surprise your girl???? Zenith Bank 2283435157. Mercy Eke. We rise by lifting others 🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️”
