    Armed Robbers Kill Girl Operating POS, Steal All Her Money In Benin (Photo)



    According to reports, a young girl working as a Point Of Sales (POS) shop attendant has been shot dead by suspected armed robbers in Benin, the Edo State capital.

    The tragic incident happened at Godwin Abbey Way, off Sapele road in Benin city on Friday, December 4.

    It was learnt that some armed men stormed the centre at exactly 12:50pm on Friday and went straight for the young girl, said to be in her early 20’s. 

    The hoodlums reportedly collected her money, mobile phones and other personal items before killing her at the spot. The armed men later zoomed off towards the Sapele road end of Benin city.
    The scene soon attracted a crowd and those who knew the deceased, described her as a young promising girl who was into POS business to make ends meet.

    The reason for killing the lady despite robbing her of her belongings successfully, could not be ascertained.
