The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Oyo State Chapter, has arrested one Abraham Alamu, a 27-
year-old farmer in Ogbomoso who allegedly killed a herdsman called Shuaib Adamu.
According to reports, Alamu had allegedly launched a brutal attack on the fulani herdsman on August 21, for allowing his cattle to graze on his farm.

It was gathered that the said Agro Rangers, began the hunt for Alamu after he allegedly committed the offence at Oko Oba, Elega, Oriire local government area of Oyo State.

Carpenter working tools like scissors, hammer, saw, nail remover, mosquito net, three ATM cards, two apprentice identification cards, cloth, bible, toothbrush and purse were recovered from Alamu after he was apprehended.
Mr Oluwole Olusegun, Public Relations Officer, Oyo NSCDC, confirmed the arrest in a statement, saying that Alamu had been handed over to the police, Oyo command, for investigations into the suspected murder.
