The Customs officers, alongside the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), joined Olasoji Akinbayo, the Area B Commander, for the inspection.
Tramadol and codeine are both opiates and narcotics prescribed for moderate pain. Codeine is also a cough suppressant.
People get addicted to both painkillers and subsequently abuse it, in the quest for what most these drug abusers term “highness”.
