Wanted Drug Dealer Arrested By NDLEA In Imo State

A known notorious drug dealer by the name Uzochi Agbakwuru has been arrested by the Imo State Command of the National Drug Law Enforcement
Agency (NDLEA) in Imo State, sources say.

The command’s Public Relations Officer, Uche Sampson issued a statement on Wednesday, 13th November in the State's Capital.
According to him, Agbakwuru was arrested on October 18 and was in the agency’s custody.

He went ahead to add that a petition was made by one Frank Agbakwuruibe, urging the State's Governor, Emeka Ihedioha to order the “unconditional” release of Agbakwuru by the NDLEA. A move he described as “spurious."

It was learnt that the suspect is an indigene of Umuemeri Ogwu, Aboh Mbaise Local Government Area of Imo State.
“A notorious drug peddler.” This was the description Sampson gave of Agbakwuru.
