Gunmen attacks bus and killed passengers in Lagos

Passengers in a bus on the Ikorodu Road, also some passers by Lagos State, were shocked after some armed men in a Toyota Camry waylaid their vehicle and killed one of the commuters.

The four men, Punch gathered, quickly made their way into the bus immediately they blocked it, displaying guns, cutlasses and daggers.

A 40-year-old passenger, name given as Olusola Bamidele, was reportedly dragged down from the bus and butchered. The men were said to have left him in the pool of his blood and drove off in their car.

The Man Killed And Burnt To Death Over N10 is Known as Ikechukwu Anigbo, was reported killed and burnt to death over the weekend around a relaxation centre in Apo Mechanic Village, Abuja.
According to reports, the 32-year-old barber from Aku, Enugu State took a bike and argument ensued between him and the motorcycyclist when he paid. The man insisted his money is N60 instead of N50. It was alleged that attracted his colleagues to the scene by shouting "thief". The mob gathered and started beating Ikechukwu after which they set him Onfire.

In a statement issued in Abuja on Friday, The Federal Government,the Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, stated that every efforts are being made to rectify the situation and ensure a gradual improvement in the power situation.
