The government of Nigeria have failed to carry out their duties , this secondary school , is located at Utchi , okwumedo,Ndokwa east , delta state , this is a class room where Nigerian government. Expects bright future from?or a leader of tomorrow ? With a classroom you can't learn? These students are suffering , they get hit by rain during lectures , and by sun , during dry days , please government , take note..... Help share this till it gets to the minister of education
