    #EndSARS: Soldiers Open Fire On Protesters At Lekki Toll Gate, Over Nine Persons Killed



    About nine persons have been gunned down by security operatives at the Lekki Toll Gate area of Lagos State, as sporadic shooting takes over the protest ground.

    It would be recalled that earlier on Tuesday, October 20, Lagos State governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, imposed an indefinite round the clock curfew in a desperate move to get protesters out of the streets.

    The said armed security personnels were sent in by the government to dislodge peaceful #EndSARS protesters who are demanding an end to police brutality in the country.

    There is apprehension presently in Lekki as protesters vow to stand their ground and continue the agitation.
    This is coming only a few hours after some government officials were caught on video, removing CCTV cameras at the Lekki Toll Gate area in Lagos.
