#JusticeForToyin: Nigerian Girl Raped, Declared Missing And Found Dead In Florida

A 19-year-old Nigerian girl identified as Oluwatoyin Salau, who joined the black lives matter protests, tweeted about being sexually abused, and was declared missing moments later, have been found dead in Tallahassee, Florida.

Toyin who reportedly took refuge in a church earlier, revealed in her last tweets that a black man who posed as a pastor offered her a ride and shelter. 

He also offered to help her locate the church and grab her belongings.

According to reports, Toyin couldn't see properly, hence she couldn't give proper details of the man’s house when she had called the police to report abuse. It is not clear how she lost her glasses or how she winded up without shelter.

She was declared missing on June 6, shortly after she made tweets of how the supposed Pastor, sexually molested her in his home. Her body was found on Sunday night, June 14.

She was just 19.

She kept tweeting information about the man who assaulted her.

She was ignored.
