7-Year-Old Twin Girl Murdered In Ado-Ekiti, Her Skin Peeled Off Her Body

A 7-year-old twin girl named Taiwo Olagoke was killed at winners junction (3 storey building opposite aso rock), Olujoda in Ado-Ekiti, on Wednesday, May 13.

It was learnt that at about 1pm on Wednesday, a set of twin girls named Kehinde and Taiwo, wanted to buy something on the street, but then, Kehinde remembered that she forgot her money upstairs and hurriedly left to fetch it.

On getting back, her sister, Taiwo was missing. Kehinde reportedly searched for about 30 minutes before informing some people in the compound about the sudden disappearance of her sister. Tenants in the compound joined in the search but to no avail.

At about 5pm, the mother of the twins who had left for work as early as 8am was called and informed about the ugly incident. She hurriedly came home devastated and confused, but kept muttering that her child must be in the compound as her children hardly step out of the gate, talk more of going out.

The mother insisted on searching everybody's room in the compound. According to reports, she had just finished searching the first room and was approaching a second room when someone called out that the child had been found.

With joy, she ran downstairs only to find the lifeless body of her little girl in a vehicle parked in the same compound, everybody has been searching. Her skin was peeled off.

The most conflicting issue was that she left her children in the care of her sister in-law identified Kehinde Owoeye but the lady denied the claim, saying that she and the victim's mother had gone to her workplace together.

However tenants in the compound confirmed that she was at home and that they all searched for the little girl together.

Another twist to the whole issue was that the vehicle the child was found in wasn't an abandoned vehicle. It was just parked there for repair.

When asked, the mechanic said he worked on the vehicle till about 5pm and the corpse was found around 5:30pm. This ruled out any speculation that the girl must have locked herself up in the vehicle and suffocated.
