    Graphic: Woman Chews Off Neighbor's Thumb


    A lady, identified as Mrs Taiwo Adewale, has been arrested for biting off the thumb of her neighbor in Lagos State.


    The incident happened on Thursday, at No 3, Ibidun Street, Governor Rd, Ikotun.

    It was gathered that the suspect, who teaches at Binta International school, Ejigbo, and her neighbor were having a heated argument. The fight quickly turned bloody as the Suspect suddenly took hold of  the victim's thumb and chewed furiously on it till it came off.

    She has been arrested and remanded in custody. She's likely to be charged to court and possibly prosecuted for assault with intent to cause grievious bodily harm.
