The above picture is a Nigerian woman known as Busola Jones, who lost 49kg in just months.when asked how she achieved this, she's said:
"
I had to cut carbohydrates from my diets and feed only on proteins. I lost 18 pounds in 2weeks after cutting off rice from my diet ,I had to drink a lot of water and never even visited the gym"
