School Raises Alarm As Pupil Keeps Showing Up In Blood-Stained Uniform (Photos)

The headmistress of Edokpolor primary school in Upper Lawani, Benin City, the Edo State capital, has cried out to relevant authorities and human rights activists, over the continuous physical assault on one of her pupils by his guardian. 

According to reports, the boy who is a primary one pupil of the school keeps showing up to school with a blood-stained uniform.

 Upon inspection, it was revealed that the little boy had open wounds and scars all over his body which he sustained from thorough beatings. 

Further inquiries revealed that he was regularly brutalized by his guardian for bedwetting. The school has however, called on rights activists to reach out.
