How Adedoyin’s Son Supervised The Shallow Burial Of Killed OAU MBA Student

The Osun State Commissioner, Wale Olokode, has declared that Roheem Adedoyin, son of Rahmon Adedoyin, the owner of Hilton Hotel and Resorts, is complicit in the murder of Timothy Adegoke.

According to Olokode, Roheem is a suspect in the ongoing investigation to unravel the OAU student's demise.

It would be recalled that Timothy was an MBA student at the Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU). He had travelled to Osun in November, with the hope of sitting for scheduled exams at OAU’s Distance Learning Centre. He was initially declared missing on November 7, 2021, before his body was found 8 days later.

Speaking on Frank Talk, a programme on Rave FM, Osogbo, Osun State, on Monday, Olokode said Roheem, the Managing Director of the hotel, ordered and supervised the burial of the victim in a shallow grave.
Adding that the hurried evacuation and burial of the late Timothy was done without informing the police and that it was through thorough investigation by the police that led to the discovery of the corpse.

“During interrogation, one of the suspects confessed that Roheem, the Managing Director of the hotel who is also the son of Rahmon Adedoyin, organised for the corpse to be taken to the bush.

“The staff members did not inform the police. It was through the report of a missing person that the anti-kidnapping team was able to discover and ‘trace and trace’ Adegoke to that hotel. The trace was then extended to where the corpse was eventually found,” the commissioner revealed.
