Deji Adeyanju Begs Davido To Run For Office In 2023

Deji Adeyanju, Nigerian political activist, has asked award winning afrobeat singer and songwriter David Adeleke, better known as Davido, to run for a political office in 2023.

This is coming days after the singer decided to give a whopping sum of N250million to orphanage homes across the country.

 Taking to his Instagram account on Monday, November 23, the activist applauded the altruism of the “Damiduro” crooner, while noting that Davido’s actions showed that he cared about the people. 

 Speaking further, Adeyanju stated that Davido possesses the primary prerequisite to become a member of the House of Representatives because and as such, should run for office come 2023.

Here’s what the activist wrote: 

 “I appeal to you to run for House of Reps in 2023 because you care about the people and know what the issues are. The N250m donation to the less privileged is a further justification of this assertion.”
