Women, Children On The Run As 2 Communities Clash In Ebonyi (Photos)

According to reports, two communities, Effium and Ezza people of Ohaukwu Local Government Area of Ebonyi, have clashed, causing people to run for their dear lives.

It's not yet clear what the of the communal crisis is all about, but some reports have claimed that the clash might not be unrelated to issues of boundaries.

It would be recalled that in the not so distant past, deadly crisis also broke between Eziulo and Ezza people of Ishielu Local Government Area, which claimed many lives and properties.

In the pictures shared online by an eyewitness from one of the communities, women and children could be seen deserting their homes and scampering to safety.
