    According to The former executive secretary ,National universities commission (NUC)
    Professor Peter okebukola ,he
    said universities closed doors from the initial agreements with the NUC and vice chancellors in 2004 , explaining cut her he said universities , made this option as an open market for capital , he said post ume screening test was introduce by former president obasnjo He said: ‘’We got the blessing of President Olusegun Obasanjo and the e inNational Assembly to do the following" he said now the Nigerian universities have ditched that agreement , and conducting tests same as jamb, there by charging candidates , much more money 5 time both poor and rich , To my point of view I support post-utme scrapped out
