    Just in The Niger Delta Avengers blew up another oil facility owned by shell petroleum Development company (SPDC) near Ogidigben, warri south west Local Government in Delta State , The Niger Delta Avengers said no Dialogue till will fully own the NDDC ,

    Said land and water are suffering due to this oils facilities leading to hunger and starvation .
