Confusion As Local Gov’t Chairman Empowers Youths With Only 2 Helmets (Photos)

Nigerians are reeling with laughter as a local government Chairman in Ughelli North, Delta State, empowered two able-bodied youths with a helmet each, NicoleKaima reports.

According to reports, the two beneficiaries whose names were not given, hail from Edjekota in the Ughelli North Local Government.

It was learnt that the young men are the Chairman’s boys (i.e, they are both loyal to him), and to reward them for their loyalty, the said Chairman, whose name was also not given, gifted them the helmets without any motorbikes.

Sharing the pictures online, a social media user wrote;

“Breaking Ughelli North LGA chairman Gifts two of his boys from Edjekota Helmet. This is Laudable 🙌🙌🙌.”

Reactions have trailed the reports as people took to the comment section to mock the young men for collecting the helmets, and even posing and taking pictures with it.

Others commented with laughter emojis and Gifs as they seemed to have found the pictures both pathetic and hilarious at the same time.
