Youth Who Drank Beer On A Bad, Muddy Road In Owerri Allegedly Arrested

A couple of days ago, two young men and a woman took to a major dilapidated road in Owerri, Imo State – that has for ages, been rendered impassable – to celebrate and drink in order to draw the attention of the Sen. Hope Uzodinma-led government.

According to recent reports reaching us, one of the young men in the viral photo, who was seating in the middle has been arrested.

The young man, who is said to be a blogger in Owerri, was seated next to popular owerri comedian, Owerri chic.

A social media user have now raised alarm, saying that the blogger, identified as Orji, is no where to be found.

It was learnt that some days after the photos went viral, he got threatening calls from unknown callers accusing him of fighting against the state government.

According to the social media user who posted screenshots of the WhatsApp status Orji made before his disappearance, he stated that a close friend of Orji, informed him that Orji was arrested on Monday, November 2.

The friend disclosed that an unidentified car double-crossed the blogger along Irete-Onitsha Road and took him to an unknown destination.
