We Have Identified Barracks Of Soldiers Who Shot Lekki #EndSARS Protesters – Femi Falana

Human Rights lawyer, Femi Falana, SAN, on Monday, October 26, revealed that the barracks of the military officers who shot at armless protesters at the Lekki toll gate has been identified.

Recall that six days ago, soldiers had opened fire on EndSARS protesters, killing many, even as the protesters sang the National anthem at the Lekki toll gate in Lagos State.

The military, however, refused to speak on the development which has sparked outrage amongst Nigerians. 

Falana while speaking on Arise TV insisted that soldiers were present at the Lekki toll gate and that they really shot at Nigerians. 

“We have already identified the barracks where the soldiers left for Lekki, we have already identified the barracks.

“The President was likely to have been told, soldiers were ordered, so, I want to believe that was why it was not addressed and they said it was a rumour but I think the facts are emerging now, that indeed soldiers went to Lekki.

“Indeed they fired at protesters and indeed some of the protesters at least two have been officially acknowledged to have died from gunshot wounds,” Falana said.
