Apparently, Buhari had addressed the nation but failed to mention the massacre that occurred at Lekki toll gate in Lagos, or the many other killings that happened in other parts of the country as security operatives kept shooting live bullets at protesters.

The president also failed to tell Nigerians about the plans or measures he was going to take to ensure that normalcy was restored.

Some have said that the video was pre-recorded before the killings happened on October 20. Others maintained that, that was not Buhari but “a clone called Jubril”.
