Man Hangs Himself After Killing His Wife For Cheating On Him In Cross River (Photos)

Tragedy struck in Bashua community, Boki Local Government Area of Cross River State, as a man allegedly
murdered his wife in cold-blood for cheating on him, before taking his own life.

According to a Facebook user who shared details of the terrible incident, the man hails from Akwa Ibom State but was residing in the small house with his wife on Cross River.

The reports gathered revealed that he murdered his wife in the wee hours of Monday, September 28, while she slept on the mat which served as their bed.

He was said to have carried out the atrocious act after he heard that she had been sleeping around with other men.

When news of what he had done spread throughout the community, a manhunt was launched in search of him.

However members of the community, later found his body dangling from a tree in the bush, where he had hung himself with something that looked like a net.
