Edo Poll: Soldiers Chase Away PDP Agents, Obervers At Owan West Collation Center

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has alleged that soldiers have taken over a collation center in Owan West Local
Government Area, chasing away the party’s agents and observers.

PDP also alleged that the opposition Party, APC, is trying to manipulate results already declared at Egor, Ovia and Oredo LGAs, urging people to go and defend their votes.

Via their official twitter account, PDP tweeted;

“#EdoDecides2020-Men of the @HQNigerianArmy have taken over Sobe collation centre in Owan West LGA. They are chasing away party agents &observers from the collation centre. Nigerians should hold the @HQNigerianArmy responsible if anything happens to the results from Owan West LGA.”

In another tweet, they said; “#EdoDecides2020: Alert-There are reports that the @OfficialAPCNg are trying to manipulate the results already declared in Ovia, Egor & Oredo LGAs. We call on the good people of Edo state to march to the various ward collation centers to defend their mandate.#LetsGoFurtherTogether.”
