3 Gang Members Abduct And Kill Man, Bury Him In Shallow Grave In Anambra (Graphic Photos)

Men of the Anambra State command Special Anti Robbery Squad (SARS), have nabbed three men for allegedly
abducting, killing and burying a 34-year-old man identified as Henry Okam, in Okija, Anambra State.

Confirming the arrests, Haruna Mohammed, the spokesman of the state police command, gave the names of the suspects as Ntomchukwu Anabaraonye, 33, of Okija; Obasi Faith Ezinne, 23, Mbaitolu, Imo State and Abuchi Obinna, 26 of Ihiala.

Haruna revealed that the suspects had on August 30, allegedly kidnapped Okam, who is from Okija in Ihiala LGA, killed him with a pump-action gun and then buried him in a shallow grave.

“The suspects who voluntarily confessed to the crime, took operatives to a thick forest in Ihiala where the decomposing body of the victim was exhumed and taken to the mortuary.

“Consequently, the pump-action used by the suspects to carry out the heinous crime, including the victim's phones in their possession, were recovered and registered as exhibits,” Haruna told newsmen.

The spokesperson added that the case was still under investigation, after which, the suspects and their accomplices would be brought to book.
