Stranded Nigerians In South Africa To Pay N400k (photos)

some group of stranded Nigerians in South Africa has come out in Numbers to Beg the Nigerian government to help see reasons
with them , as the cost of flight ticket is very expensive for them. They also expressed thier Gratitude to the Nigerian government for helping evacuate some of them, since the lock down on March 27th, 2020.

However, thier frustration is that each student was given a very short notice to pay the sum of N 400,000 to Air peace within 24 hours else, they will not be considered for the evacuation which is scheduled for next week Thursday.

They are pleading with the Nigerian Government to consider , as many of them had no source of income since the lockdown, therefore the government should have a discussion with Air peace to reduce the cost of the flight and also extend the deadline if possible as some will have to raise the money.

Below is an attached letter from the Nigerian Consulate to Nigerian students stranded in South Africa as well as other Nigerians in South Africa willing to return home.
