Drama As Pastor ‘Reburies’ George Floyd In Imo State After ‘Tracing’ His Roots (Photos)

A Nigerian Cleric identified as Pastor Humble Okoro, has reportedly reburied late George Floyd, the African American who was killed in the month of May by some Minnesota police officers, after one of them knelt on his neck.

The tragic incident occurred on May 25, 2020, when the 46-year-old black American man, had his windpipe crushed in Minneapolis, during an arrest for allegedly using a counterfeit bill.

Pastor Okoro allegedly claimed to have linked George’s ancestral root to Mbaise Local Government Area in Imo State, where he was reburied.

According to reports gathered, Pastor Okoro claimed that, he traced the ancestral root of George Floyd to Umuoffor kindred in Obokwu obibi Aboh Mbaise Imo State, and he felt it was only right to rebury him with his ancestors.

“I have traced the ancestral root of George Obinna Floyd to Umuoffor kindred in Obokwu obibi Aboh Mbaise Imo State and I feel so happy now that we have reburied him alongside with his ancestors,” Okoro said.
