Aunt Peels Niece's Flesh With Hot Water In Kogi (Graphic Photos)

An woman (names withheld) has been arrested after she reportedly poured boiling water on her young niece in
Lokoja, the Kogi State capital.

The woman had thrown hot water on the adolescent, peeling her skin badly in the process on Thursday, July 9.

After committing the heinous act, the suspect took to her heels. She left her niece who suffered severe burns, reeling in pains. 

The girl was seen crying and was quickly rushed to a clinic, as the Aunt was nowhere to be found at the time. 

The Suspect was later found and apprehended by the State's police.

According to the Twitter user who made the child abuse case go viral, neighbours of the said aunt revealed that she has always abused the girl.
