    Tension As IPOB Members And Nigerian Soldiers Clash In Imo State (Video)


    The atmosphere was tensed on Saturday, June 27, as Members of the Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB),
    clashed with the Nigeria Army in Ikeduru, Imo State.

    It was gathered that the IPOB members were attending the burial ceremony of one their members when they got obstructed by soldiers of the Nigerian Army.

    According to reports, the altercation took place at Awa-Junction in Nwaoriubi Mbaitoli-Ikeduru precisely and has since heightened tension in the area as residents fear further breakdown of order in the areas a result of the confrontation. 

    Recall, we reported that the Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) had on Friday, June 26, stormed the Hometown of Governor Hope Uzodinma, in Imo State to carry out a rally.

    The group had taken the rally to, Omuma, Oru-east in Imo State, raising Biafran flags as they sang and chanted.
