The former Minister shared a picture inscribed with an excerpt from a filmed TED presentation (February 2010) by Bill Gates where he addressed the issue of carbon emissions.

Fani then went ahead to advise people not to ignore these intentions as it would be perilous for them.
See what he posted;
There has been speculations since Gates made those comments that his vaccines are designed so that governments can depopulate the world.
Some conspiracy theorists even allege that Bill Gates knows his vaccines are dangerous and that he is using this information to kill children in the developing world to stem population growth.

Gates however claims that his vaccines are made to ensure that children live longer, so parents do not see the need to have to give birth to more children, thereby reducing population.
