A very thoughtful landlord has presented a much needed gift to his tenant who lives with his family in the
house.
According to him, they have been having job issues. The Landlord identified only as Jack wrote a letter to the family whom he appreciated for always paying their rent on time and is aware they are currently in between jobs.
He wanted the family to have a decent Christmas celebration hence his Christmas gift.
Here's what he wrote;
Mike I know you guys have been having trouble being between jobs these past few months and I just wanted to thank you for always being current on the rent. So my gift for you and yours is that I’m waiving your December rent so you can give your family a good and decent Christmas this year. We’ll just pick it back up in January. Merry Christmas.

It is a very rare thing to find a Landlord who is concerned about his tenants welfare, how much more presenting a Christmas gift to a family in need.
